The Reformer is a versatile piece of Pilates apparatus that offers you a wide range of exercises to enhance your clients’ movement.
This course aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Reformer, covering foundational exercises, intermediate repertoire, and relevant modifications.
In my North London studio, you will have access to both classical and contemporary apparatus, allowing you to experience the differences between the two and gain practical teaching experience on both types.
By completing this course, you will develop a deeper understanding of the Reformer and learn how to use it effectively in your own practice and when working with clients. This knowledge will help you enhance your clients’ sessions and assist them in meeting their fitness goals.
With the rising popularity of the Reformer in the health and fitness industry, you’ll gain the confidence to teach in this dynamic environment and understand the origins of these exercises that often get lost in larger group classes.
Throughout your learning journey, you will receive full support, including two one-on-one sessions included in the course and coverage of the exam fees. These resources aim to facilitate your understanding and mastery of the Reformer, enabling you to provide high-quality instruction to your clients.
The group size for the course will be limited to four students, ensuring ample time for individual work and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
If you would like to enrol on this course, you need to hold a Level 3 Pilates Certification as a prerequisite. This ensures that you have a foundational understanding of Pilates principles and techniques before delving into the specifics of the Reformer.
This course will run over five consecutive Fridays
10-4pm.
