The Reformer repertoire begins with “Footwork” to set you up for your entire session.
However, are you getting the most out it? Are you carrying those connections through into the rest of your workout?
Whether your feet are on the footbar, in straps, on the carriage or elsewhere, we need to ensure that we are linking back to the beginning exercises and what they taught us.
I’ve always been focussed on the benefit of making the connections from the ground up and since breaking my heel in August 2021, I’ve become even more driven to make sure that the feet are always considered in each exercise.
In this workshop we’ll begin with a closer look at the anatomy of the foot before taking it to the footbar and on through to the more advanced repertoire.
