It’s never been easier! Simply grab your computer and mat and choose your class below.

Classes are booked in five week blocks, with a seven day replay of each class.

Places are limited places to ensure quality teaching time. Once your place is booked you will receive a zoom link to class block at the beginning of January.

Monday “Tower Power” classes 12-12.55pm

For teachers and practitioners who want a class to work through the foundational repertoire of the Reformer and Tower to build confidence to both teach and do the exercises.

January 10th – February 7th

Wednesday “Reformer Reboot” Intermediate Workout 12-12.55pm

An Intermediate workout for teachers and practitioners with time at the end of class for questions.

January 12th – February 9th

Thursday Advanced Mat Class 1-2pm “Returning to Life”

This class is for teachers and practitioners familiar with the intermediate and advanced repertoire of “Return to life’ who would like to enhance their own practice and understanding of the matwork.
We will look at ways to use small props to make the mat work accessible to you and your clients.

January 13th – February 10th

 Wednesday Reformer Intermediate Workout

An Intermediate workout for teachers and practitioners with time at the end of class for questions.

 Chair classes

A fun intermediate level class building towards the more challenging parts of the Wunda chair work.

 Mat Class 

This class is for teachers and advanced Pilates practitioners who want to build on their understanding of the original 34 exercises in 'Return to life' incorporating small props to help build towards the more advanced parts of the repertoire.
